Anti anti-blogs, pro puppies and kitties, pro making fun of MRA's, Anti-SJWs, and Anti-Feminists. Prone to being serious at least SOMEtimes.
Every so often I'll even take an anti-SJW/feminist or MRA comic and give it a better ending.Female pronouns,...
I told myself I wasn’t going to do this because it felt like something that was forbidden territory, and I didn’t think it would work, but surprisingly his design came naturally to me. (Especially the hair). After receiving an influx of messages asking me to do my take on Sora (AND I MEAN A LOT OF MESSAGES) I figured I’d at least try it. So here he is. I based this outfit of the “World Of Final Fantasy” and “KH 3D” outfit. Yes, you can cosplay as this and yes I’m doing Riku and Kairi and a few others later. Don’t worry. Mkay. Back to work.
I wanted to show that you can put POC (Especially black people) in these kinds of stories and still get the same effect. It’s really not as hard as people think and it can be done without making them stereotypes or tropes. The “Key” is to have a love and appreciation for the core of who the character is. The essence of who they are.
In this drawing, Sora reminds me of my little brother, Julius. Its probably because of how warm his personality is and how much he doesn’t hold grudges and has a genuine love for people. Like Sora, He’s playful, but he’s got a lot of wisdom for his age. There’s an innocence to him, that I feel is prevalent here. I guess I subconsciously ended up drawing that here. Now that I think about it, He’s 13 going on 14 years old now, which is the age of Sora in the 1st KH. So maybe that’s why…. He’s also is a big KH fan himself. (That’s my fault) I guess, I’m doing this for him too.
And Yes, you can cosplay as this and yes I’m doing Riku and Kairi and a few others later. Don’t worry. Mkay. I’m rambling. Back to work!
He is moving forward in the picture, but according to the curve of the track and the staggered start lines in front of Obama, Trump is running the wrong way.
There was a 4chan raid today, and I thought I’d lurk their discord chat (these guys are pretty unbearable). Apparently they’ve been done for a while, but even when they were going they weren’t getting much leeway, and they kept posting screencaps of calmly worded warning posts and patting each other on the ass over it.
This is one of the admins, proclaiming that they “fucking win”. Don’t let the subtitle for the link fool you, though, old Rob here didn’t make this guy want to kill himself, that’s just been the title of this guy’s blog, no this is the post he’s linking to.
I love this so much. Not only is it so ridiculously over the top that I have trouble believing that anyone but a troll made it, but the red text over the grey background, paired with the compression, makes whatever message this person was trying to get across basically unreadable.
Feel free to answer this privately if you want since I know it's going back a bit, but Final Fantasy IV was one of my favorite childhood games as well (albeit the version I played first was the DS one), so the story you shared about your first experiences with the game was really powerful to me, and, as an aspiring game developer specializing in RPGs (who's currently working on a Final Fantasy fangame, no less, it also helped reaffirm my convictions to give my games diverse and inclusive casts.
this is the exact reason i shared that story, friendo, i was hoping others would identify with it, and maybe let it drive them try some more adventurous casting. i’m overjoyed to hear you’ve taken it to heart
i hope your future projects go well, friendo. don’t let anyone give you any shit for having an inclusive cast. if they try, i suggest a good headbutt, or perhaps a spinning piledriver
I had a dream they announced all the women in Overwatch were lesbians and you could get a poster with all of them on it that said “LESBIANS” in the Overwatch font
this took me like an hour but i did it @jasonptodd
